Bobby Khorshidi
President
Bobby Khorshidi is President and Principal of Archway Capital. Founded in 2016 by its parent Company Partners Capital Inc, Archway Capital (www.archwayfund.com) is a leading direct portfolio lender that makes short-term fixed rate loans secured by residential and commercial real estate nationwide. Partners Capital’s other businesses include a real estate investment company whose focus is on the acquisition and repositioning of value-add commercial real estate in the Western US.
Bobby was raised in Los Angeles and completed his undergraduate education in June, 2000 at UCLA with a BS in Anthropology. In August of 2002 he took position at Wells Fargo Bank as a mortgage loan processor. By the time he left in August of 2009 he was responsible for originating over 1 Billion dollars in new loans. At his young age he was consistently recognized as one of the top 20 loan officers in the country by Wells Fargo and top 1% by various trade publications. As the market began to shift in 2009 Bobby left Wells Fargo to start Partners Capital Inc.
In 2009 Partners Capital began as real estate investment company focused on the purchase of value-add/opportunistic real estate, performing and non-performing loans. He oversaw the day-to-day aspects acquisition, underwriting, asset management and loan workouts. Bobby has personally been involved in hundreds of loan workouts and restructuring.
In 2016 Bobby founded Archway Capital (www.archwayfund.com) is a leading direct portfolio lender that makes short-term fixed rate loans secured by residential and commercial real estate nationwide. He leads the origination, underwriting and investor relations side of the business by setting lending parameters and focusing on the company’s growth strategy.
He is a member of the Board of Advisers for UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital and actively involved with Chai Lifeline West Coast. He is also a Dodger fan and lives in LA with his wife and three children.
Tom Noble
SVP and COO
Tom Noble is responsible for managing cross departmental operations and portfolio management across the firm’s investment strategies. In this role, he oversees investment sourcing, underwriting, marketing, and finance as well as portfolio implementation and monitoring.
Tom joined Archway Capital from Morton Capital Management where he specialized in investment analysis and due diligence across a wide spectrum of investable assets including private and public real estate investments throughout the capital stack.
Tom holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
Chuck Ng

Richard Goldman
Managing Director, Investment Committee Member
Richard Goldman is the co-manager and co-founder of Oakhurst Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and a principal in Oakhurst Advisors, LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm with over $600 million in assets under management through capital invested in other real estate-related funds, as well as direct and indirect investments in real estate and debt secured by real estate.
He is the chief executive officer of R&R Realty Advisors, Inc., the sponsor of three TJC Real Estate Funds and two affiliated lender funds. The TJC Real Estate Funds have raised approximately $60 million (approximately $37.5 million in equity and $22.5 million in debt) to fund a low leverage housing development program in Southern California. He is also the co-chief executive officer of the Paladin Funds and has served in that capacity since 2011. The Paladin entities were formed in 2010 to invest in the acquisition of defaulted residential mortgages and convert them into performing loans, of which the Paladin Funds have since acquired over 230 mortgages in twenty states.
Prior to joining the Paladin Funds, Mr. Goldman was the president and CEO of a family office with close to $1 billion in assets, and supervised the real estate department at an investment fund which purchased and managed in excess of $250,000,000 of commercial property, including multi-family, industrial, retail, and office space. Before pursuing a career in investment management, Mr. Goldman practiced real estate law at the law firm of Goldman & Kagon. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa and acquired his law degree from the University of Southern California. Richard is also a member of The State Bar of California.

Andrey Abramov
VP, Investments & Asset Management
Andrey is a seasoned financial professional with a distinguished career spanning 15 years and encompassing roles in both bulge bracket and boutique investment banks. During his career in CRE, Andrey structured deals throughout the capital stack and analyzed acquisition, construction, value-add, and refinance strategies. As a licensed broker (CA DRE #02111184), Andrey underwrote $5B in debt and equity transactions. In his prior career on Wall Street, he played at integral role in execution of $2B in PE, IB and VC deals. Andrey holds an MBA from Cornell University and a bachelor’s from USC.

Brian Bardfield is the Controller at Archway Capital, LLC based in Los Angeles, CA.
Jessica Carter
VP, Loan Originations
Jessica Carter is Vice President, Originations at Archway Capital, LLC. With several years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate Lending, Jessica focuses on Business Development and Origination of short-term bridge debt and equity for sponsors nationwide. Jessica specializes in underwriting and originating loans in various asset types including Multifamily, SFR, Office, Industrial, Medical Office, Senior Housing, Retail, Hospitality and more.
Prior to joining Archway, Jessica previously served as Regional Account Manager and Loan Originator at Pender Capital and served as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor at Banc of California. She prides herself on developing deep and robust broker relationships by focusing on customer service and providing value to her clients always.
Born and raised in San Jose, CA, Jessica currently manages Archway Capital’s Bay Area office and is a member of the Bay Area Mortgage Association. During her free time, Jessica enjoys good music and a glass of wine while cooking dishes from different cuisines all over the globe.
Tommy DiBona
VP, National Accounts
Tommy began his career in the wealth management industry as a financial planner for a large independent RIA. After realizing he enjoyed the business development side of the business more than anything, he moved to the sales side of a multibillion-dollar fixed-income manager where he was responsible for raising money for mutual funds trafficking primarily in RMBS markets. Since then, Tommy has joined Archway to focus on investor relations and capital raising for AWC’s family of private CRE credit vehicles.
Joshua Kohan
SVP, Underwriting & Asset Management
Joshua Kohan is a Senior Vice President of Underwriting and Asset Management for Archway Capital, LLC. In this role, he is responsible for credit underwriting and asset management of the firm’s investment strategies, which focuses on short-term bridge debt across various asset classes and markets.
Prior to joining Archway Capital, Joshua was Assistant Vice President, Underwriting and Portfolio Management, at Israel Discount Bank of New York. He reviewed, structured and underwrote over $100M+ in new CRE credit facilities and monitored an existing portfolio of $500M+, primarily focusing on stabilized real estate in Southern California.
Joshua received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Yeshiva University Sy Syms School of Business Honors Program, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and Betta Gamma Sigma. Joshua is a native Angeleno and is an avid Los Angeles Clippers fan.
Alex Mendoza
Marketing Coordinator
Alex has a strong marketing background, distinguished by his proficiency in team development and the creation of strategic collateral for both residential and commercial real estate sectors. His keen insight into our team’s and partners’ requirements is invaluable. Alex is acclaimed for his adept project management abilities across both print and digital mediums. Before assuming his role at Archway Capital, he leveraged his expertise in crafting digital media strategies for lifestyle brands, a streaming/production firm, and a promotional products enterprise. Alex earned his BA in Graphic Design with Magna Cum Laude honors from CSULA, a testament to his dedication to academic excellence.
Britt Swaim
VP, People & Culture
Britt Swaim is a seasoned professional with a rich and diverse background in executive administration and human resources. Her journey in the world of Commercial Real Estate commenced as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Cushman & Wakefield in Irvine. Following her relocation to Los Angeles in 2015, she took on the role of Office Manager at Lee & Associates in Santa Monica.
With a strong commitment to advancing her career in Human Resources, Britt made a significant move to Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Law Firm, where she excelled as the Head of Payroll and Human Resources. Today, she serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Archway Capital, where her passion for cultivating a thriving workplace environment truly shines.
Britt resides in Marina del Rey with her husband and two cherished canine companions.
Marissa Wilbur
VP, Loan Originations
Marissa Wilbur is responsible for generating and evaluating proprietary investment opportunities for Archway Capital and its investors. Wilbur has been with Archway since inception of 2016 and has closed over $120m in bridge loans in the last couple years. She is responsible for Business Development and originating short term bridge loans nationwide.
Wilbur has more than five years of analytical audit experience relating to local and federal government oversight. Prior to working with Archway Capital, she was a senior associate at Mayer Hoffman McCann, a medium-sized attest firm, where she oversaw extensive financial and compliance audit engagements from start to finish. During her tenure as an auditor, Wilbur was responsible for evaluating and assessing financial records using mathematical formulas and comparing research data collected to support the audit.
Wilbur, a licensed real estate professional in the State of California, is an active member in the Mortgage Bankers Association and NAIOP SoCal Chapter.
Wilbur earned a bachelor’s in Science, Economics and Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
