Alan Kabaker oversees the firm’s asset management division and development of its various holdings.
With more than 30 years of commercial real estate industry experience, Kabaker has provided consultant, project management, and administrative support over various product types. He previously served as project manager for several major California real estate developers, overseeing the processing and management of more than $1 billion in commercial development projects over the last 20 years.
Kabaker’s project management experience afforded him the ability to identify new investment opportunities and coordinate front-end, due diligence, including preliminary architectural, engineering, title, legal and finance management, as well as lease-up and disposition. He has also been involved in the development, sponsorship and management of over 100 apartment buildings; 30-plus retirement homes; and various other commercial real estate categories, including industrial facilities and land for development.
Kabaker is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional (LEED AP) and a member of the Stanford Professionals in Real Estate (SPIRE).
He graduated with distinction from Stanford University with a bachelor’s in Real Estate Development and received a master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.
