Following her relocation to Los Angeles in 2015, she took on the role of Office Manager at Lee & Associates in Santa Monica.

With a strong commitment to advancing her career in Human Resources, Britt made a significant move to Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Law Firm, where she excelled as the Head of Payroll and Human Resources. Today, she serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Archway Capital, where her passion for cultivating a thriving workplace environment truly shines.

Britt resides in Marina del Rey with her husband and two cherished canine companions.
