Jessica Carter is Vice President of Originations at Archway Capital, where she specializes in originating and structuring commercial and residential real estate debt and equity for sponsors nationwide. With nearly a decade of experience in real estate lending, Jessica has successfully closed more than $300 million in financing throughout her career, with expertise spanning bridge lending, acquisitions, refinances, construction financing, and complex value-add transactions across a variety of asset classes.

Known for her relationship-driven approach and ability to navigate complex transactions, Jessica works closely with borrowers, brokers, and industry partners to develop creative financing solutions tailored to each opportunity. Her experience spans multifamily, single-family residential, retail, industrial, office, mixed-use, and other commercial real estate assets. 

Jessica has also been recognized for her leadership and involvement within the commercial real estate finance community. She was named one of Connect CRE’s Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders and served for five years on the Board of the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA), including as President from 2024–2025. Throughout her time with BAMA, she has been passionate about strengthening industry relationships, expanding educational and networking opportunities, and supporting the next generation of real estate finance professionals.

Born and raised in San Jose, California, Jessica remains deeply connected to the Bay Area real estate community. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
